Falun Dafa, a form of exercise and meditation born and raised in China, practiced by Buddhist monks since ancient times. Over 100 million people from 114 countries around the world have adopted this practice of Falun Dafa, which has been shown to benefit people’s health. Credit for making this popular and commonly used method goes to Nobel Peace Prize winner and Sakharov, Sir Li Hongzhi, who is also considered the “guru” of this method.
Falun Dafa is made up of two words, as according to followers, in which the first Falun means Vidhan Chakra while Dafa means wide road. Along with the intellectual development of meditation, this method includes five types of exercises that are beneficial for physical development. These include Sahastra Hast Pradarshan, Sthir Mudra, Brahmand ke Doe Choron ka Bhedan, Falun Divya Paripath and Divya Shaktiyon ko Sudrudh karne ka Vyayam.
–Sahastra Hast Pradarshan (Sahastra Hand Performance) – This exercise opens all the energy channels of the body so that the flow of power in the body can be smooth.
–Sthir Mudra (Static Posture) – It is an exercise to keep in a calm state with four postures to stop the cycle. The whole body will feel lighter after the exercise.
–Brahmand ke Doe Choron ka Bhedan (Breaking both ends of the universe) – This exercise merges the power of the world with the power within the body, resulting in a purification of the body.
–Falun Divya Paripath (Divine Falun Circuit) – This exercise activates the Great Divine Circuit. It heals all the abnormal situations in the human body. The purpose of this exercise is to open all the energy channels in the body.
–Divya Shaktiyon ko Sudrudh karne ka Vyayam (Exercise to strengthen divine powers)– the divine strength and powers of a person. In this exercise, both legs should sit on top of each other with the full lotus posture (the full lotus posture is good but the half-lotus posture is also acceptable). During exercise, the flow of qi is very strong and the energy field around the body is very wide.
