Apple promotes its new Fitness+ pilates and meditation workouts

Apple has released a brand new series of pilates and meditation workouts on its fitness services. The Apple Fitness+ service continues to grow as the company continually pushes its services to seek new revenue streams. While iPhone, iPad and Mac sales continue to skyrocket, the company has faced a slowdown in sales in the recent past as people have been using their devices for many years.

“I’m thrilled to announce that in Fitness+, we have additional guided meditations, to help you recharge, connect, and bring more mindfulness to your day,” said Sherica Holman, trainer in the new video from Apple. “There are meditations for feeling calm, resilient, focused, and more.”

New workouts now available

Apple now sends notifications to users through its Fitness app, detailing the new addition of sessions. The company is finally releasing this promised work some time ago. Sessions began rolling out to all users on September 27 in supported countries.

“Pilates is coming to Fitness+,” adds Holman. “These workouts are great for a strong and stable core to help you feel more balanced in your body.

Apple Fitness Subscription Services is getting two new Mediation Trainers. The two are called Christina Howard and JoAnna Hardy. Besides the meditation trainers, two new Pilates trainers have been added – named Marimba Gold-Watts and Darryl Whiting.

Apple had announced the new pilates and meditation sessions during its “October streaming” event held on September 14. At the event, the company also announced several new devices – iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and iPad mini.

Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 (USD) per month, but it can also be purchased as part of the Apple One bundle. The bundle is a cost-effective plan to subscribe to most or all of the services offered by the iPhone manufacturer.
