1. No gurus or self-promotion (and no promotions of groups that have caused others harm, sexual predators, brainwashing, outrageous costs, etc. You may be in one of these groups and not even know it. A little research on the web might open your eyes. You can also take a look at this list of controversial gurus and groups, some of them selling *kundalini and kundalini yoga courses.
2. No business promotions, unless approved by me. If I feel what you have will help others and won't gouge or harm them, I may put up a link to it. Otherwise don't come here to sell your products or just to link your website to rise on the search engine ranks. Exceptions: Links to kundalini books, not by the authors, but by forum members or me that we feel are helpful.
3. No know-it-alls, egotists. I have close to 40 years of kundalini experience, and many people here have decades of kundlaini experience along with years of research. We don't act like the last word on kundalini or as if we have all the answers, and no one has all the answers about kundalini. I ask the same humility and honesty of you if you join this forum.
4. If you choose to post a response when someone comes here for kundalini support, do not interfere with or undermine what I post to that person. I don't mind if you post to be helpful,or post something that has worked for you that won't harm others, but I do mind if you run interference on me.
5. No trolls or flamers. Zero tolerance. I eject trolls and flamers immediately.
6. No rudeness or condescensions. Kindly treat people here with respect and compassion.
7. If English is your second language and you don't speak it well, don't let that keep you from posting. Your posts will be valued and responded to respectfully.
8. I know how it can be hard to join a forum, to make that first post, but I can assure you if you come here with humility and kindness you will be welcome and supported. No one will flame or criticize you. This is a most receptive forum because practically everyone here has been through a spiritual emergence and their own unusual spiritual manifestations.
This is a safe zone to communicate about kundalini and spiritual matters others may not understand, not being there. So, I can assure you you will be respected, valued, and treated with compassion and understanding.
